Children involved in shared parenting arrangements are better off emotionally, behaviourally, physically, and psychologically (Nielsen, 2014).

Studies have shown that when children have equal access to both their mother and father after a divorce, they tend to be healthier and more well-adjusted in many areas. They also tend to have a better relationship with both their mother and father.
