I’m a licensed psychotherapist with 5+ years of experience working with individuals and couples. I specialize in areas such as anxiety, relationships, and life transitions, helping clients build insight and resilience. My approach integrates evidence-based modalities including CBT and psychodynamic therapy. I offer a collaborative, compassionate space tailored to each client’s unique needs.
From the beginning of my career in therapy, I’ve worked mostly with men. I keep up with men’s issues and with research on working with men in therapy.
I lead a team of therapists at Guys Resolve, supervise practicum students, and have specialized training in Couples Counselling and Sex Therapy, Anger Management, behavioural addictions (mostly working with sex and porn), and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) for the treatment of traumatic memories and PTSD. My sessions are professional, with a friendly, casual feel. Therapy doesn’t always need to feel like therapy; often, it can feel like a good conversation.
